We may have went to a few museums in Houston this past weekend. Dinosaurs...Those things didn't exist. Photos from my brothers wedding are on the way.......

Rough times...

It's been a rough day. I woke up early and went swimming with the dogs...Their first real venture into the water. I was to busy having a good time to really take photos...It's nice to put the camera down once in a while...but here they are today.... (CLICK ON THE PHOTO FOR THE FULL VIEW...for some reason they are getting cut off....)

Swept away. . . . .

I caught myself looking through old photographs today...Not like a few years ago though.... There were no shoe boxes, no contact sheets or even prints to go through. Something needs to change...

Swept Away in Colorado. Ah, what a great trip.

I'm off to Chuy's happy hour. Unlimited queso, meat and chips for the price of a margarita. Before I moved to Texas a couple years ago, I don't think I ever tasted the sweet and sour mix. I can feel it coursing through my veins now. BIKE!

working for a living

I don't know...Something about how the late afternoon sunlight glints over the top of a baseball field that just gives me the shivers.

I started freelancing for the Austin American Statesman recently and I hope to all hell that it can continue. I'm going to be shooting my heart out every chance I get.

One of several hundred photos that didn't make the cut for sending in.

I'm in the process of building another addition onto my "studio".........I just wish I had more room to do it in. I have some wild ideas (thanks to www.strobist.com & www.diyphotography.net & www.photo.net) and I just need to give them some room to materialize.......

Hank and Mitch

For those of you who don't know, I got a dog the day I parted ways with the newspaper in Georgetown full time. His name is Hank and he is the coolest little blue heeler on the planet. He is 3 months old and pretty much rules everything...Except Brazos. That little bastard kicks him around all the time.
I also built a small studio setup in my garage last week and have been playing around with it. Cool to shoot something different again. IT'S HAMMER TIME

It's hammer time!

Tough as nails!

Here he is kicking some ass at Redbud.
All 20 pounds of 'em.
